You have seen aliens, if not in reality, at least in movies or read about them. Scientists today are well aware of several billion planets scattered through the universe that can sustain life. Going by the long history of mankind, it’s indeed a question why these creatures with claws and tentacles have not made it into space to shake hands with us?
Whether or not they can sense us is a tad uncertain, but there’s no ignoring that aliens are present. Possibly, the civilization that seems to come back to life after what happened also makes us wary if the civilization will destroy itself (seems interesting). Here are some possible theories that surely sound great, but we cannot say anything for certain!
Aliens Hiding Beneath Underground Oceans
Keep some icebreakers handy for humans can land up conversing with ET! However, the popular belief is that aliens are living in a trap inside secret oceans that lie somewhere deep inside frozen cold planets. As per the NASA physicist Alan Stern, clandestine water worlds are the perfect places where life evolves.
Of course, there are “inhospitable” conditions that might affect the growth of plants, especially when solar flares, supernovae, or anything in the poisonous atmosphere may prevail. Perhaps aliens might abound there, but it’s practically impossible for us humans to detect their presence using our telescopes to view.
Aliens Might Be Imprisoned In What We Call ‘Super-Earths’
Just in case you’re wondering what’s meant by ‘super-Earth, it isn’t some cousin of our Earth! Astronomically speaking, it’s a planet having a mass of no less than ten times more than the Earth’s. Plenty of star surveys have shown that these worlds would be the right places for alien life to thrive.
With the perfect conditions for liquid water, aliens can evolve in these super-Earths throughout the universe. But what about meeting them? A study published in April has proven that the planet has almost ten times the Earth’s mass can also have an escape velocity, which is 2.4 times greater than the Earth’s. As a result, the pull can be so much that rocket launches or basic space travel can be rendered impossible.
We Tried To Find Aliens In The Wrong Places (Basically Aliens Are Robots)
The radio came around the 1900s and the first computer somewhere in 1945. Now humans concentrate on the mass production of handheld devices that would finish off with several billions of calculations in just a second. It won’t be far that full-blown artificial intelligence is here. If you consider the words of a futurist, we must reframe our lookout for intelligent aliens.
This means not the imaginary “green men” but machines (robots). A properly developed and advanced alien society implies there are super-intelligent robots all around. Rather than focusing on locating few habitable planets and wasting our resources therein, it makes sense to find places that would be the perfect zones for machines- like the places that thrive with energy or centers of galaxies.
We Probably Found Aliens (But Got Distracted Eventually)
Staying rigid in our thoughts and the pop culture has probably resulted in us envision what we call ‘aliens’ the so-called “spooky humanoids,” having a bald head. That works great for Hollywood, though, but not in real life. And that’s what prompted few Spain-based psychologists that we’ve sabotaged the lookout for alien life ourselves.
If we act realistic enough, aliens might not resemble these apes or even be detected by light and sound waves. Our very own imagination prowess and limited attention pan that has resulted in today are overlooking the extraterrestrials. Maybe if we learn how to broaden our reference frames or see the larger picture, it would only be better to fulfill our curiosity.
As one renowned physicist said, humans, themselves are the very reason it might destroy the aliens. And that’s largely to do with how we are so close to finding them. He had substantial logic to prove that humans as a civilization have been on an exploration spree beyond the solar system. This “me-first mentality” is a strong reason why inferior organisms die. Not that we can deny our mentalities have resulted in the devastation of the worst kind earlier. But we can hope that things would change in the years to come. What do you think?
